Sonder Anthology Film
A collection of interesting and diverse stories brought together to recognise the unique experience that everyone lives.
The Sonder Anthology Film screenwriting competition is an opportunity for writers to tell a story alongside other creatives that impacts the community. Stories will be scored by a panel of judges and selected by the production team behind the film project. These winners will have their scripts combined into a feature-length anthology film to be produced and screened, as well as compensated with a $100 prize for their script.
Thematically, sonder acknowledges that the vastly different, unique life experiences each of us go through is what makes being human so special, and what makes coming together as a community such a meaningful experience. The goal of this project is to invite people to recognise the people around them and connect with them. This will be done during the writing and production process by connecting creatives, and it will be the impact that the film has on audiences.
